How long does delivery take?
UK standard delivery takes 3–5 working days. Express next-day delivery is available at checkout for orders placed before 1pm Monday–Friday. All UK orders over £40 ship free.
Can I exchange for a different colour?
Yes — exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. Email us at returns@originsbyhawwa.com to begin an exchange.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to the EU, USA, Canada, Australia, and the UAE. International delivery typically takes 7–14 working days. Duties and taxes may apply.
How do I care for my hijab?
Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Turn inside out before washing. Do not tumble dry or bleach. Iron on low heat if needed. Our Modal fabric gets softer with every wash.
Are wholesale orders available?
Yes — we welcome wholesale enquiries from boutiques and modest fashion retailers. Please email hello@originsbyhawwa.com with your business details and we will send over our wholesale pack.
What is your returns policy?
Free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days of receiving your return.
